Unhappy with their service.

Same items but different quality put together as per attached photos, but never mention what is difference in between item with "+" and without "+" until customer ordered wrongly. The supplier said this is the customer fault. They don't bare the shipping fee to exchange or refund it.
Becarefull to order item from this company, needs to check with them before order, unforturnately they don't provide direct line to contact customer service, only WhatsApp. Take time......
