1. Shipping Policy

Ships Time
Orders received will be processed and delivered to your door step within 3-5 working days via local courier. For deliveries out of Malaysia, it will be via FedEx.

Shipping Coverage
Orders are shipped worldwide. We do not ship to P.O. Box address.

Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping within Peninsular and East Malaysia for purchases amounting to RM80 and above. Additional charges will be incurred for delivery outside of Malaysia.

2. Refund Policy

We shall refund you if you decide to cancel your orders within twenty four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment except for the transaction fees charged which is non-refundable

If we have shipped the products to you, we offer a 14-day refund (from received date) for our products. Email your intent for a product return to support@purplebox.com.my. Once we’ve approved your return request,  please ship the product(s) back to us on your own cost and we’ll refund  to you except for the transaction fees charged which is non-refundable

To return your products, please send the whole product(s) back with its original packaging to:

4. Arctic Hunter 3 years Warranty

Customers are required to register their purchases of Arctic Hunter bags on Bag2u.com's website under Warranty Registration link with the necessary information to enjoy the warranty. Customers are required to retain the original receipt at the point of purchase throughout the warranty period. Any warranty claim without proof of receipt will not be entertained.

Email your intent for warranty claims and a copy of original receipt to support@purplebox.com.my with visual proof of the bag's condition. Once we've confirmed the defect and approved the warranty claim, please ship the product(s) back to us at your own cost. The warranty process may take 30 to 60 days to complete.

The 3 years warranty covers:

  • Zip Spoilage
  • Torn Strap
  • Buckle Malfunction

To return your products, please send the whole product(s) back with its original packaging to:

After the warranty process, we would ship the bag back to customer using courier service or customer would need to self pick up. Shipping charges will be borne by customer in this matter.

We employ certain security measures, such as encryption where appropriate. We also take appropriate steps to ensure that your information is treated securely.

Changes to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify and change the Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be published on our website. You should check this Policy each time you access our website so as to be aware of the most recent applicable version of the Policy.
